Those screws should be obvious when you open the door. Once the screws are removed you can gently or not so gently pry out the cabinet. Finally pull the medicine cabinet away from the wall. Then use a phillips screwdriver to remove the screws attaching the medicine cabinet to the wall.
If the new cabinet came with the door attached remove it if possible following the manufacturer s instructions. You can make one yourself or renovate an old one and use it. The medicine cabinet is fit in between two studs and the screws that you are removing are screwed through the cabinet into these studs. Ensure that the medicine cabinet does not fall forward when you remove the last screw.
